Well, it has been a while since I last posted, but for due reason!! The end of the school year always brings busy days (and nights). The month of May started off with Molly's Spring Musical. It was so wonderful and she sang beautifully......of course, I am a little partial. They even ended the Musical with "It's Summertime" from High School Musical. She was just sooo cool!!! Reflecting back on her year at FACS, we have been so very blessed! God placed her with amazing teachers and it is such a loving environment. There was no doubt when I dropped her off in the mornings that we were where we should be. She has met so many sweet friends and has really done well academically....(once again, I am a little partial).
Mary Kate ended the school year with her Jr.K Graduation. I wasn't really prepared for this precious little program. I sort of thought they would sing a song or two and be done and then we could call it a day. Boy was I wrong! Once again, God placed MK with unbelievable teachers!! These sweet teachers prepared a program that had every parent in the room leaving with puffy, tear stained eyes! My sweet, energetic, entertaining MK had transformed from a preschooler to a "big" kid!! It just seems like it happened in the blink of an eye! Her favorite subject in class is French. Yes, I said French. She sings songs and counts to 20 in French and all I can do is say "great" and assume she is right!!
And then poor little James is just hauled around to every event like a little rag doll!! He normally started the events off on a pretty good note, but by the end, is "brought" out for a little heart to heart. He has many years ahead filled with musicals, programs, dance recitals, and gymnastics competitions!!
SCHOOL'S OUT!! HAPPY SUMMER!!
