One of the things we love most about Memphis is, of course, the bar-b-que!! And the weekend to enjoy it was this this past weekend at the Memphis in May Bar-B-Que Fest!! We have been lucky enough to get invited to one of the tents by our good friends Jeff and Carmen. The ribs, pulled pork and baked beans were flowing freely!! And they were delicious! GOOD FOOD, GOOD FRIENDS, AND GOOD TIMES!! Come join us next year!!!!!
